Why the wait?
The way things are looking in Melbourne it doesn’t seem like the current lockdown situation is going away any time soon. I don’t want to be the bearer of bad news, I am being realistic. It doesn’t mean you have to put everything in your life on hold.
Dwelling on what you can’t do, what you were doing this time last year and what you’re were meant to be doing now, may be natural but it also improves nothing. It’s not actionable.
You know what is actionable and does improve everything? Getting healthier. It is also something that IS within your control, unlike lockdown.
You can control what you eat, how much exercise you do, how much effort you put into getting a good night’s sleep, what you watch/read/listen to, hell you can even control your breath!
All of these things will make you healthier.Lockdown IS temporary, there is a whole other world that will happen on the other end of this.
Take charge and spend this time doing everything you can to get yourself in a better space physically and mentally. It pays to be prepared.
You will come out of this a lot stronger, a lot healthier and far better equipped to handle whatever the future holds.So what exactly are you waiting for? Take action.
