If you knew a petrol station sold dirty fuel, would you avoid it?

Does that same mentality extend to what you eat?

Poor sources of fuel = poor performance, poor function and less overall mileage.

At least with a car you have the option to buy a new one when the engines screwed… but your body? Not so much!

You only get one and it takes a long time to repair repeated damage. Without going to any extremes, you can still have a common sense approach and moderation in what you feed your body.

The better the fuel, the better your results and the better your quality of life. And what fuels one person well, may or may not be effective for another.
