Time for an Easter treat, we’ve been enjoying this Salted Caramel Cacao Protein Smoothie! To be honest it tastes more like a milkshake, & is sure to bring all the boys to the yard! Recipe below, Happy Easter all!

– 2 medjool dates soaked in boiling water for at least 10 minutes
-1 tbls raw cacao power
– 1/2 cup raw oats
– 1 serve Vanilla Protein (or the protein of your choice)
– 200mls liquid ( water or of your choice of milks, coconut, dairy, rice, almond etc)
– 1/2 cup of ice
– sliver of avocado
-1tbls flax oil
– pinch of salt
