Kel didn’t let a fracture ruin her start to the year, as we programmed around her shoulder injury. A good 6 months later due to Kel’s patience, persistence and a focus on better movement patterns (and less risky behaviour outside of the gym) shes been able to reach new strengths on much of her upper body lifts. During her most recent strength phase, she racked up a new bench PR, despite a two week training break for travel.Well done @krowe87 for your sensible approach and consistent effort is paying off, bring on those summer guns!
