This sh*t is bananas!
Just worked out and looking for a way to use up some overly ripe bananas? Give this Banana/Black sesame pancake a crack!
I added this after a regular meal of chicken and veg to give me the extra fuel needed to recover from another grueling workout! #Recipe as follows.
– 1 ripe banana
– 1 whole egg
– 1/2 tsp vanilla
– 1/5 tsp baking soda – pinch of salt
– spray a little cooking oil on a non-stick pan and cook on med-high
-while cooking sprinkle over a dusting of cinnamon and black sesame seeds.
– fold over once bubbles start appearing, and remove from heat once done.
– Serve with the fruit of your liking, I used mango chunks and pomegranate seeds.
